Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve every appointment. Your deposit is applied to the balance of your service on the day of your visit. Deposits hold your time slot and are not transferable to another guest.

Clear expectations protect your results, your time and every other guest on the schedule.
No Refunds / All Sales Final
All services, deposits, packages, gift certificates and retail purchases are final — no refunds, returns or exchanges. Aesthetic services are performed on the body and results vary by individual, healing, lifestyle and aftercare, so payment is for the service performed, not a guaranteed outcome.
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations inside 48 hours forfeit the deposit and may be charged 50% of the service price.
Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule once, free of charge, with at least 48 hours' notice. Additional reschedules require a new deposit.
Late Arrival
Please arrive 5 minutes early. After 15 minutes late your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled as a cancellation, since the following guest's time is reserved.
No-Show Policy
No-shows forfeit the deposit and are charged 100% of the reserved service. A card on file may be required for future bookings.
Touch-Ups & Perfecting Visits
Permanent makeup is a multi-session process. Perfecting sessions are priced separately and must be scheduled within the recommended window. Touch-up pricing does not apply to work performed by another artist.
Aftercare Responsibility
Following your written pre-care and aftercare instructions is required. Results affected by picking, sun exposure, swimming, skincare actives, smoking or missed aftercare are not eligible for complimentary correction.
Client Eligibility
Guests must be 18+ (or 16+ with a guardian present for select services). Certain services cannot be performed while pregnant or nursing, on active skin infections, or with specific medical conditions or medications. Please disclose everything on your intake form.
Appointment Preparation
Come with clean skin and no makeup where possible, avoid caffeine and alcohol for 24 hours before permanent makeup, discontinue retinol and exfoliating acids 5–7 days before facials or waxing, and avoid sun or tanning for 2 weeks before treatment.
Guests & Children
To protect a calm, sanitary environment, please arrive alone — no additional guests, children or pets in the treatment room.
